————————————— STICK IT IN OUR MOUTHS ...back to Research/Creation

What would happen if, somehow, we could get away from the self/other dichotomy that defines so many of our interactions with each other over food?

What if chefs and nutritionists and grandmothers and media personalities and writers and sommeliers and policy writers all suddenly put down their power and walked away from it, leaving everyone else to pick it up and wield it for themselves?

What if the notion of the food 'expert' were exploded, allowing hegemony to be replaced with experimentation and spectation with co-authorship?
