April 26–27, 2016
Summerhall, Edinburgh

Scotland’s Foodscape consisted of two days of exploration about the meaning, potential, and importance of food in Scotland today. Approximately 130 people took part, participating in thinking-and-doing presentations and workshops, interactive food activities, and numerous tastings of the Scottish foodscape. A panel of invited guests were on hand to observe, analyze, comment on, and discuss the proceedings.
